About The Packing of Crowd Control Stanchion

So, what is the best the stanchion packing way? In the vast majority of cases, the stanchion is disassembled packing. For example, the pole goes in a carton, and the chassis goes in another carton.

In order to meet different customers and different shipping methods, we mainly provide 3 different stanchion packing methods.

First, 20pcs poles per carton, 5 bases per carton, and 20pcs base cover per carton. This packing method saves the packing cost and the transportation space the most, and is suitable for large-volume orders.

Second, 1pole per inner box, 10pcs inner boxes per carton, 3 bases(comes with base covers) per carton. This packing method is a little bit expensive than the first, but safer, and is also suitable for large-volume orders.

Third, 2 pcs of complete stanchions per carton, comes with 2 poles and 2 bases. The cost of this packing method is higher, and the transportation space is larger than the other two methods. But without changing the packing, customers can sell them directly.

Four, 6 pcs of complete stanchions per carton, comes with 6 poles and 6 bases. This packing method is mainly provided to customers who sell online, such as selling stanchions on Amazon, Ebay..
